I am having trouble logging in to my account (Response Magic)

  • If you receive the message "Invalid Username / Password"  please make sure you are typing your password and username correctly, and please be aware that it is Case Sensitive.  If you are unsure of your correct username or password, please click the Forgot Password link located below the sign in box.
  • If you receive the message "Your Session Has Ended"  this means that your web browser or a security feature on your computer is preventing you from logging in properly.  If you are using AOL, please use Internet Explorer or Firefox as your web browser for Response Magic.  If you have a Firewall on your computer, such as Norton Antivirus, AVG, or MacAfee, please try temporarily disabling them.
  • If you are able to log in, but then are quickly logged back out, this means that your sessions are not being stored properly.  Please see the explanation above in regards to sessions ending.

I am unable to log in and when I click on the Forgot Password I have yet to receive an email back.  Help!

Me too!  Having the same trouble.  Website comes up but the back office login does not work.  When I click on Forgot Password no email comes to my email address...

Same thing with me,  my site opens, but there is no data capture window under the screen and when i try to log in, it tells me I don't have an account 1!

What up wid dat????!

Ken you are still having problems logging in? Are you trying to log in to your makegreengogreen site?

I am receiving two different login information for my account that I created can anyone help? I have two user names and to different passwords sent to my gmail and neither one works.

Why can't I get any support here? Can some please help or point me in the right direction? I can not login to my response magic autoresponder account no matter what browser I use. I think because there are two accounts. When I request my password each time I get two different user names and passwords.

Also, no response on clicking to retrieve password. What is going on here with a company that has, up until now, been terrific?

I  would just re-enroll with a different email address but all my lists are locked up here. This is dreadful and potentially very costly.

Hello Jen if you want to log in to your response magic you can do so automatically within your workathomeunited back office :-) Just click on Marketing icon then Autoresponder log in and that will gets you in :-)))

Same problem as everybody here, used my correct UN & PW and can't login when I had no problem before, and tried resetting it and the new UN & PW still do not work and I have tried them on two completely different computers and still cannot login???
