how do I change my time zone?

    Yes ladies for WMI clients first you need to log in via WMI Tools-Marketing Central Then once in members area of home office pro go to My settings (top right corner icons) then click on Calendar and there you update your time zone :-)

    One of my team members does not have the PRO. Her time zone isn't correct. I was told that she needed to change the time zone on her computer (this is not the case because that is correct).  How does she change her time zone so the team calendar shows up in the correct times?  Thanks for your help.

    Team Calendar will display calls in time zone they were put in in master account so if she doesn't have upgrade it will display for her same way its displayed in master account and she can't change it unless she upgrades :-(

    And how do I GET TO "settings-calendar-update???"

    you need to log in first to members area of home office pro so if you are with WMI go to marketing central log in and then follow these steps

    Tresa in your members area for home office pro click on My settings( top right corner) then Email and there you update your time zone

    Hi Tresa, I think Monika means in Marketing Central. Have seen it there myself somewhere.
