Why are my contacts turning yellow (pending)?

Important update regarding your email marketing system:

We are now automating the process of keeping your email list clear of email addresses who have never opened your emails. 

What does this mean for my account?

You will notice in your account that some contacts that were once set to Active (Green) or Archived (Red) will now be Pending (yellow). This tells the system not to send emails to that prospect because they are un-engaged with your email campaigns. 

Why is email list hygiene so important?

Keeping you’re your email list free of email addresses who have never opened your emails improves average open rate and sender reputation. 
Improving your open rate and sender reputation will increase the rate at which your engaged contacts receive your emails.  

The result:
An increase in the open rate and engagement from the contacts that want to open and read your emails.
