My Facebook Reveal Tab is Not Showing the Right Customer Magnet or Video on My Facebook Page – Platinum Synergy Group

Help I'm having problems with the facebook reveal tab not showing the right customer magnet or the right video on the page. there are two possible problems.

1. it could be because you need to use the url youtube gives you after you click the share button for the video to show up properly on your facebook tab.

Solution:

a. Go to the video, click share and copy the video url youtube provides.

b. then go back to response magic and click the add to your website button

c. find the customer magent you want to fix the video url for and click get code.

d. scroll to the bottom of the page where it says facebook content link and paste in the link you got from youtube and click save.

2. it could be because a customer magnet is already using that tab id causing the facebook tab to pull the content from the original customer magnet instead of the new one you just created.

Solution:

a. go to response magic and click the add to your website button

b. find the customer magnet that used to be tied to your facebook tab

c. click on the get code button and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "tab id"

d. remove the numbers from that feild click save to deactivate this customer magnet from your facebook tab.
